  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in—you’ll complete an intake assessment packet, —and begin identifying your treatment goals. You’re welcome to share at your own pace; there’s no pressure.

  • Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue like grief, while others engage in longer-term work for addiction recovery or deeper personal growth.

  • Yes, your privacy is very important. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law). I will review these limits with you during our first session.

  • I offer both virtual and in-person sessions if you reside in Oklahoma state. If you don’t live in the metro area but live in other Oklahoma communities, I provide Telehealth. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your own space.
